Financial Manager at Fossil Group, Inc.

For our Office in Cape Town, we are looking for a Financial Manager who is an organized, creative and self-motivated professional.

The Financial Manager will be responsible for the month-end close and the overall management of our Finance Department.

Your Impact

• Deliver accurate and timely monthly financial reporting
• Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts
• Preparation and submission of monthly VAT and PAYE returns
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Submission and reconciliation of budgets to regional and global
• Month-end and quarterly journal processing
• Review quarterly and annual estimates
• Monthly end pack completion and submission to EMEA (global)
• Continuous review of the business
• Monthly preparation of fixed assets registers, and processing of depreciation journals
• Monthly reconciliation of various financial submodules to the general ledger

Who you are:

• Minimum 2 years post article experience
• Qualified CA(SA)
• Functional expertise in accounting, tax and corporate compliance
• Trusted business advisor through functional expertise
• Unquestionable integrity and commitment
• Hard working and able to work under pressure
• Effective and strong communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and take initiative
