Company Description: 

• A successful manufacturing company that provides essential products to mines, is looking for an experienced financial manager to join their team. The financial manager will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as donor requirements. You will oversee the day to day work of the finance department and be responsible for the effective use and deployment of staff and financial resources. 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, manage and develop the finance team
• Monthly management accounts and Annual financial statements/reports
• Implement, manage and monitor budgeting process
• Risk management financial system integrity
• Staff management
• Financial controls
• Quality of financial information in ERP system
• Other financial disciplines

Requirements: 

• CA(SA) essential
• Minimum 8 years PQE
• Minimum 4 years supervisory/management experience
• Experience working in ERP systems
• Experience working in a manufacturing / industrial environment
• Leadership and management skills
• Problem solving skills
• Strong resistance to pressure
• Good team building skills
