Financial Planning Analysis Manager (Cape Town) at Accounting and Financial Advisory

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
• Lead the financial planning and analysis team in preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Collaborate with other departments to gather data and insights to support financial planning and decision-making
• Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
• Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

• CIMA or CA(SA)
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software applications
