Job Description:

• We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team. The Fitness Instructor will be responsible for leading group fitness classes, providing personal training sessions, and offering health and fitness advice to our clients.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and a strong desire to help others achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead group fitness classes, including aerobics, strength training, and yoga
• Provide personalized fitness training sessions to clients
• Develop individualized exercise programs for clients based on their fitness goals and abilities
• Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
• Educate clients on proper exercise form and technique
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere in the fitness facility

Qualifications:

• Certified fitness instructor or personal trainer
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and weight management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
• Experience teaching group fitness classes is a plus
