Fleet Controller at Clear Leaf

Job Description

• Must have been responsible for overseeing the collection and delivery of stock according to a planned schedule.
• Experience with ensuring that Company and Client SOP’s, policies and procedures are followed
• Experience in capturing data and doing daily, weekly and monthly reports (Excel a must, DataTim an advantage)
• Must have managed employee COF’s and PrDP’s – ensure they are up to date
• Dealing with a client (account management) would be an advantage.
• Must have experience managing a fleet  of 10+ vehicles (Tautliner preferred, Nationally footprint preferred, Cross-border experience advantage)
• Dealing with people issues and resolving driver queries
• Risk management

Qualifications

• Minimum grade 12
• 4-6 years related experience as Fleet Controller in the road freight/logistics industry
• Basic knowledge of excel, word and general computer literacy is paramount.
