• An opportunity has arisen for a Fleet Controller responsible for ensuring that all company vehicles are serviced and maintained in a roadworthy condition and that all mechanical handling equipment is maintained in accordance with company policy. Briefs new road crews on the specific details of their schedules to ensure maximum efficiency, courtesy, and safe driving. 

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Tertiary Qualification (Transport and Logistics)
• Must have previous Administration experience
• Must be computer literate
• Data Capturing
• Prepared to work shifts
• Reliable and assertive
• Pro-active and ability to take initiative 
• Clear criminal record
• Medially fit
• Own reliable transport to and from work

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance checks on operational equipment as required
• Daily preventative workshop maintenance and minor repairs
• Capturing Breakdowns
• Communicating factory problems to the customer
• Handling administrative tasks 
• Supervising and controlling driver activities
• Tracking of trucks
