Exposure to a stock Management System
Fluency in Xhosa and/or Afrikaans advantageous.
Responsibilities
Assisting with the management of daily operations in the outlet; maintaining an active presence during peak meal times to interact with guests.
Collaborating with the Executive Chef to develop Food & Beverage concepts, menus, and pricing; ensuring their successful implementation to drive revenue and enhance public relations within the department.
Planning and executing special Food & Beverage events, and contributing to promotional ideas to boost revenue and public relations.
Ensuring the Food & Beverage department is adequately supplied with necessary operating equipment, consumables, staff, and beverages to maintain high service standards; overseeing proper storage and control of stock, and addressing any stock variances by following up and resolving issues.
Ensuring accurate revenue generation and accounting.
