Fraud Assessment Officer-Intern at Bayport Financial Services

ROLE PURPOSE: 

Assessing the loan application according to GFS Assessment Methodology Framework in order to mitigate fraudulent applications from being processed, as per SLA with business and the GFS Strategy. 

Assist the fraud assessment team and ensure that targets set by management are achieved and within the SLA with business. Coordinate, update and submit productions statistics and report to management. Manage escalations raised by business efficiently. 

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• NQF Level 5 in Forensics Investigation 

DESIRED/ PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Microsoft Excel – Intermediate Level would be an added advantage.
