• We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Fuel Depot Attendant to join our team based at the Rola Motor City - Somerset West and contribute to our continued success. The Fuel Depot Attendant purpose is to maximise customer satisfaction during their visit and attend to the customer in an efficient and timeous manner. The incumbent is a well presentable and optimistic individual that strives to deliver quality service and demonstrates integrity in every aspect of their work.

Minimum Requirements    

• Minimum Grade 12
• Valid driver’s license
• 2years previous experience in similar position
• Computer Literate (Ability to work on fuel system/s and identify errors to minimize downtime)
• Hardworking & trustworthy
• Attentive listening skills to attend to customer needs
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English (able to read, write and speak)
• Personal values should include integrity, honesty, and respect towards others
• Good verbal and written communication skills 
• Clear criminal record 

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Customer Service : Deliver professional, efficient, and courteous customer service by assisting clients during fuelling operations, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and timely service experience 
• Stock Management : Maintain accurate fuel inventory by monitoring stock levels, coordinating deliveries, and supporting timely ordering and restocking to ensure consistent supply.
• Safety and Security : Ensure site safety and security by following fuel handling protocols, inspecting for hazards, responding to emergencies, and controlling access to the depot.
• Depot Efficiency : Enhance depot efficiency by operating equipment accurately, coordinating fueling processes, maintaining a clean work environment, and reporting issues promptly.
• Record Keeping : Ensure accurate record keeping by tracking fuel activity, completing reports, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and supporting audits and inspections.
