Job Description :

• Should have 8+ years of Experience
• Responsible for leading and coordinating Projects based on Onsite-Offshore Model
• Should involve in Strategic Planning and Decision Making
• Involve in resource management & augmentation
• Closely monitoring of the Reviews and Quality Assurance aspects
• Delivering quality deliverables by providing Domain/Technical guidance to the team
• Tracking and Reporting of project status to stakeholders on regular basis
• Monitoring and ensuring the resolution of project issues
• Ensure project delivery on time and avoid any Variance in either schedule or effort
• Preparation of the Delivery Strategy document
• Reduce Defect Leakage by streamlining processes
• Ensure smooth proceedings of project activities from Initial Phase till UAT of the project
• Participating in all the KT transfer session to understand the functional process flow
• Invoice generation and follow up of outstanding invoices
• Scheduling and conducting interviews
• Resource on boarding process.
• Conducting appraisal process for the associates
• RFP activities

• Should have worked on a project from end to end
• Technical solution design capabilities
• Should have worked on both Agile and Waterfall model projects
• Handling team meetings

• Experience in cross platform project / product developments
• Extensive experience in Open Source Technologies & Frameworks, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Business Process Modelling and Middleware Technologies
• Strong Team Mentor / Builder with excellent leadership abilities

• Technologies : VB.Net, C#.net, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, .Net Web services, WCF and WPF, ASP, Microsoft Visual Studio 2010,2013,2015,2017 .Net Framework 4.6, Microsoft Biztalk Server 2010, Microsoft Azure, Micro Services, BOT framework Emulator, Cloud base concepts, Angular JS, Knockout JS, MVC Framework, Entity Framework
• Database: SQL Server 2008, 2012, 2016,
