    General Labourer – Service Crew (Mogalakwena Mine)

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Matric certificate/ equivalent
    • Competent B certificate
    • Valid Driver’s license
    • Medically fit

    EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

    • 2 years of Experience in Underground Mining
    • Effective communication skills
    • Familiarity with power tools and machinery will be an advantage.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Providing general support and assistance to skilled trades people on specified mining projects
    • Assisting with site preparation and clearance, also maintaining general site tidiness
    • Assisting in operation of tools and equipment
    • Cleaning and maintaining equipment
    • Collecting samples
    • Maintaining or constructing underground installiation
    • Cleaning underground roadways, working areas and mining equipment
    • Clearing spills of ore using hand and power tools
    • Loading, moving, sorting and piling material.
