Minimum requirements:

• Matric Certification
• Diploma in Management, Hospitality, or related qualification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
• Strong HR experience and dealing with disciplinaries 
• Strong financial management experience 
• Experience with property maintenance and facilities upkeep
• Proven ability to manage a team of ±45 staff including management team
• Managing and overseeing +- 6 departments 
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills of a diverse team

• Strong guest service focused mindset
• Experience building a high-performance, service-driven culture
• Skilled in staff planning, training, and development
• Ability to maintain team morale in a live-in environment
• High level of emotional intelligence
• Experience conducting game drives and guest activities
• Experience with overseeing and facilitating large scale functions
• Flexible working hours including weekends, public holidays and overtime, rotational off days
