General Worker - Rosslyn, Pretoria at Impact

Job Description

• We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the day-to-day operations of our agricultural business.
• This may include but is not limited to planting, harvesting, operating machinery, maintaining equipment, and performing general labor duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting crops.
• Operating tractors, plows, and other agricultural machinery.
• Assisting with the maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Loading and unloading supplies and products.
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas.
• Assisting with livestock care and feeding as needed.
• Following safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in agriculture or a related field preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong work ethic and physical stamina.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
