Minimum Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in Finance

Knowledge and Skills:

• Attention to detail
• High level of accuracy
• Intermediate or advances excel
• Great Plains – advantageous
• Standard Bank Banking application
• Accounting knowledge

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Cashbook maintenance
• Petty Cash maintenance
• Maintenance of banking spreadsheets
• Assistance with audit deliverables for cashbook requests for smaller entities and ensuring bank reconciliation balances to final bank statements
• Assistance with audit deliverables within group finance space relating to payroll and bookkeeping space
• Assistance with analysis of salary costs for year end – actuals vs budget
• Assistance with monthly reconciliations
