    Graduate Specialist Program: Customer Supply Chain Consultant

    Duties would include but are not limited to;

    • Manage customer orders: entry and follow-up (local and export)
    • Handle and respond to all customer requests
    • Follow up back-orders and produce status reports
    • Automotive telephone sales
    • Handling very low level technical enquiries on parts availability
    • Manage goods return process and credit requests
    • Support sales and marketing in promotional activity.
    • Data management (including electronic orders)
    • Handle technical queries appropriately, including part number interpretation
    • Support Supply Chain and Customer Interface (SLC) consultants with admin functions
    • Retrieve and communicate proof of deliveries (POD’s) for all orders delivered

    The ideal applicant would have had exposure on the following;

    • Computer literacy (MS Office and SAP)
    • Good understanding of the supply chain processes
    • Automotive parts sales experience an advantage
    • Bosch Automotive product knowledge an advantage
    • Good communication skills, ability to communicate with internal and external customers, must be fluent in English (speak, read and write)

    Please note the Graduate Specialist Program, is a 2 year program only and not a permanent position.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • National Senior Certificate and a completed Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or related field.
