    Graphic Design Graduate

    Job Responsibilities

    • A true creative flair and a genuine passion for web design.
    • Minimum 6 months design experience.
    • Solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.
    • HTML proven working experience is a must.
    • Be knowledgeable regarding responsive web design.
    • Solid understanding of UI and UX.
    • Solid Understanding of Print Design.
    • Follow current web standards.
    • Have a clear understanding of cross browser and device design and testing.
    • Learn in-house CRM platform/system.
    • Good communicator, work as a member of a team and take direction well.
    • Hunger to learn and develop quickly when working under-pressure in a deadline driven environment.
    • Self-disciplined and have good time management skills.
    • Able to creatively think out of the box.

    Experience

    • 6 months experience as a graphic designer
    • A solid understanding and experience with social media.
    • Strong layout and design skills for websites, landing pages, emails, branding, corporate identity, logo design.
    • Ability to develop creative, engaging and original content
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and build rapport with clients and stakeholders

    Reporting

    • Collate and report on information. Account for and verify reporting figures /statistics. Review/ analyze reporting statistics and figures in order to identify trends and make relevant recommendations.

    • Identify, analyses, organize and solve problems and issues in a timely and effective manner. Anticipate problems, identify root causes and take corrective action. Evaluate effectiveness of a solution. Ability to manage creative people.

    • Follows through and delivers results despite obstacles. Admits to errors and takes corrective action to avoid repetition. Approaches own work with dedication and high sense of responsibility from start to end of project.

    Attention to detail
