A dynamic and well-established supplier to major retail chains is looking for a talented and trend-driven Graphic Designer to join their creative team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, colour, packaging, and product presentation within the fashion, beauty, or fragrance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct trend research and assist with buying trip preparation
Perform local competitive shopping and market analysis
Photograph and manage overseas samples
Assist with seasonal customer presentations and trend boards
Create die lines, packaging artwork, and component designs for beauty and fragrance products
Develop customer-focused packaging and product concepts
Ensure all artwork and designs align with merchant briefs and customer requirements
Communicate artwork, briefs, and production files to factories
Review first-off samples against CADs to ensure accuracy and quality standards
Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding design, colour, and artwork approvals
Maintain and organise samples, design files, and customer CAD overviews
Prepare presentation packs and production support documentation
Assist with showroom and seasonal sample rail management
Requirements:
Higher National Diploma / Degree in Fashion and Textile Design or related field
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience within a fashion house or related environment
Creative flair with a strong eye for colour, detail, and visual presentation
Commercial awareness and understanding of retail trends
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Ability to conceptualise and translate ideas into finished products
Technical Skills:
Pattern development and cutting
Packaging and product design
CAD and design presentation preparation
Understanding of design techniques and fine arts principles
Ability to design for specific target markets
Strong visualisation and colour matching abilities
