• (English and Portuguese Speaking)
• We are looking to recruit a vibrant Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced, mid-sized Contact Centre based in Uitenhage, Eastern Cape.

Qualifications and competencies required:

• Graphic Design degree / diploma, or equivalent qualification and experience.
• Media / Communications / Marketing degree / diploma, or equivalent qualification advantageous.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English and Portuguese.
• Basic HTML and CSS experience advantageous.
• Minimum of 12 months experience in a client liaison environment.
• Minimum of 12 months experience in an advertising or marketing agency and / or motor manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
• A valid drivers license (advantageous).

Key skills required:

• Proficiency in Adobe software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.).
• Video editing experience using Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Social content creation and social ad management.
• Securing new revenue streams in the Digital Media space.
• Customer service orientated.
• Excellent communication skills, including understanding and interpreting briefs.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to think logically and analytically.
• Reliable, self-disciplined and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask across different projects and tasks.
• HTML creation skills advantageous (VS Code / Dreamweaver).
• Advanced computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experiencing using 3D software (i.e. Blender) advantageous.
