Group Accountant at Roundpeg Talent

The Role

Our client, leaders in specialist risk insurance with a focus in construction, customs, fuel guarantees, mining rehabilitation guarantees and credit insurance, are currently looking for a strong Group and Technical Accountant. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in accounting for and overseeing Group related transactions and all technical transactions within the Company and Group. This is dynamic opportunity to operate in a fast-paced environment whereby you would be responsible for, treasury and capital management, regulatory and financial reporting, group accounting, creditors, annual budgets, tax, consolidated shareholder reporting and supporting broader group strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Qualified CA(SA) 
• 2+ years post articles experience in a similar role
• Caseware experience (design mode preferable)
• Knowledge of insurance industry advantageous but not essential
• Experience with Acc Pacc preferable
