Your Purpose...

• To make exercise irresistible.
• The role of the Group Exercise Manager is to ensure that all Group Exercise Functions are coordinated within the club; this role will oversee the group exercise instructors and ensure that world class member service is achieved.

Your Duties and Responsibilities...

• Coordinate all Group Exercise activities in the club
• Manage the effective smooth running of Group Exercise activities in the club
• Ensure that all Group Exercise instructors in the club meets exceptional high member service levels
• Meet on regular basis with Group Exercise Instructors to update them on current events and issues
• Involvement in the recruitment, selection and training of quality instructors who exhibit the Virgin Brand values

Our Minimum Requirements...

We can’t live without…

• Matric qualification
• A recognized fitness qualification essential
• 2 years’ experience in the field of Group Exercise
• 12 months experience in managing a team of people an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must be able to meet strict deadlines while never compromising on high standards of service
• Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to be assertive yet diplomatic
• Coordinate all Group Exercise activities in the club
• Manage the effective smooth running of Group Exercise activities in the club
• Ensure that all Group Exercise instructors in the club meets exceptional high member service levels
• Meet on regular basis with Group Exercise Instructors to update them on current events and issues
