    Group Finance Accountant

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Group Annual Financial Statements (AFS)
    • Technical Accounting
    • Statutory AFS and returns
    • Other year-end reporting
    • Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) reporting
    • Inter-company accounting
    • Sundry Debtors
    • Assist with the delivery of ad hoc Finance projects

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Qualified CA(SA)
    • Very strong IFRS technical knowledge
    • Good working knowledge of MS Excel essential;
    • IT/Finance systems aptitude including familiarity with Oracle Financials and CDM would be advantageous;
    • 1-2 years post articles experience;
    • Experience in dealing with staff on executive and middle management level;
    • Retail Industry experience would be advantageous
