    Group Manager Marketing

    The successful candidate will be reporting to the Group Executive Business Development, and will be responsible for the following:

    • Drive identification of opportunities to promote ACSA as a suitable business partner;
    • Develop and implement appropriate marketing strategy and plans aligned to ACSA’s visions, strategy and business plan, in support of Business Development (B2B) and Commercial (B2C) functions;
    • Perform market segmentation analysis for the different business expertise;
    • Identify and confirm key platforms and communication channels to be used for ACSA;
    • Define marketing policy, framework and strategy for Business Development and Commercialisation;
    • Define integrated through-the-line marketing strategy aligned to strategic business objectives;
    • Prepare for and participate in sector-specific marketing opportunity. i.e international and regional aviation related events or opportunities;
    • Ensure compliance with overarching ACSA Brand;
    • Execute destination marketing campaigns in collaboration with airlines and other relevant stakeholders, in support of Route Development;
    • Execute promotional and brand positioning campaigns in support of business development and commercial functions
    • Communicate high level outcomes from marketing initiatives to all relevant stakeholders;
    • Implement and manage people development processes such as performance and talent management, and succession plan to meet functional performance standards;
    • Accountable for functional performance within agreed strategic framework and approved plans;

    Technical Skills and Experience

    The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such, will be required:

    • Bachelors Degree in field of Marketing is essential;
    • 8 - 10 years’ Marketing Management (B2B) experience;
    • 2 years’ people management experience is recommended;
    • Code B drivers’ license and proficiency in the MS Office.
