Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training programs in hair and grooming, including barbering techniques.
• Demonstrate practical skills and ensure learners achieve competency standards.
• Assess and evaluate learners’ progress against trade test standards, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate training records, schedules, and administrative documentation.
• Stay current with international and local grooming and barbering trends and techniques.
• Mentor and guide learners to achieve professional standards and industry readiness.
• Support the academy in curriculum updates and development of training materials.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Promote a professional, positive, and safe learning environment

Minimum requirements

• Full trade test certifications in Hair and Grooming. (advantageous)
• Proven experience in barbering, grooming, and hair services.
• Up-to-date knowledge of local and international hair and grooming trends.
• Experience in training, mentorship, or education preferred.
