• The purpose of this role is to perform basic maintenance of buildings, equipment and other small jobs in the region that may be required from time to time. Overtime may be required as per managers discretion.

You Bring:

• 1 year experience in general building upkeep knowledge (Electrical, plumbing, painting, ceilings, generators and air conditioning)
• Valid driver’s license

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

• Maintain in all branches look and feel.
• Liaise regularly with the BM/STL and perform daily and weekly checks within the region
• Undertake generator tests and ensuring that fuel levels ae at reasonable levels at all times
• Report any leakage of the water mains and where possible undertake minor repairs
• Ability to work closely with the regions project manager during minor upgrades, revamps and new shop fit-outs
• Basic handling skills of power/general tools
• Intermediate administrative skills e. controlling regular services of equipment, air conditioning changes, cleaning services etc
• Maintenance of all air-condition types and extractors
