•   Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets
•   Do weekly assessments of margin per SKU level ensuring all margin targets are being met
•   Ensure sufficient stock of our listed products are in the warehouse
•   Draft the selection of products specials for the weekly newsletter in conjunction with the marketing schedule for newsletters
•   Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives
•   Determine quantity and timing of stock deliveries
•  Analyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs
•  Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
•   Source new products based on the FTN Ingredient policy based on demands, trends and category analysis.
•  Onboard with new suppliers based on favourable payment and margin delivery conditions.
•  Manage and grow the buying and merchandising team effectively ensuring they perform in their best capabilities.

Requirements

•     Proven working experience as a Buying or Merchandising Manager
•     BS degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
•     Natural and Organic industry experience.
•     A knack for negotiation and networking
•     Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures
•     Solid judgement along with decision making skills
•     Strong leadership capabilities
•     Working in the E-commerce space will be an advantage
