Develop and execute procurement strategies that support operational and financial goals
Manage supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, and performance tracking
Analyse spend, market trends, and cost-saving opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and ensure supply continuity
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance, and risk frameworks
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimise sourcing efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years' experience in Procurement / Strategic Sourcing
Completed BCom (Accounting/Supply Chain), BSc, Honours, or Masters
Strong negotiation and supplier-management abilities
Solid commercial acumen, cost-analysis capability, and business partnering skills
Intermediate to advanced Excel; ERP experience advantageous
