PROPOSED KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key accountabilities include identifying early warning signals as well as opportunities to optimise value bases on the industry trends, competitive landscape and regulatory trends. To assess banking/insurance profit pools, likely scenarios and implications for strategy and to specify, continuously measure and report on strategic KPI’s.
To help develop the templates and frameworks to be used by the BUs during the strategic planning process. As well as to support BU's planning process by coaching them on the use of frameworks and templates and helping build models and analyses for their strategic plans.
To provide analytical, research and modeling support to the directors during special projects
