    Head: Property Partnerships & Acquisitions

    ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Lead Generation and Business Development

    • Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on property acquisition and fibre-to-the-business solutions.
    • Generate leads through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
    • Focus on both property acquisition and fibre-to-the business solutions.

    Opportunity Commercialisation

    • Evaluate and commercialize identified opportunities, including developing business cases negotiating agreements, and closing deals.
    • Ensure that opportunities are aligned with the company's strategic goals and market positioning.
    • Drives a culture of cost savings ensuring optimal financial efficacy.
    • Monetise connected buildings by leveraging the data analytics to generate revenue from commercial properties.
    • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to service activation.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and deliver high-quality service.

    Customer Onboarding

    • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to service activation.

     Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers business clients, and wholesale partners.
    • Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams to align partnership activities with overall business objectives.

    Market Analysis and Strategic Planning

    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics to inform and adjust partnership strategies.
    • Utilize insights to refine partnership strategies and drive business growth

    Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyse partnership performance metrics, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue impact
    • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management with actionable insights and recommendations.

    Collaboration and Team Leadership:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive successful execution of partnership strategies.
    • Provide leadership and support to team members involved in business development activities.

    Miscellaneous:

    • Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by management

    Competencies and Minimum Requirements:

     Knowledge, skills, and qualifications

    • Relevant bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Telecommunications Contract management, Financial, or other related fields.
    • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, with a strong background in property acquisition/management and fibre-to-the-business solutions.
    • Proven experience in wholesale markets is essential.
    • Exceptional ability to identify, commercialize, and close business opportunities.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
    • In-depth understanding of the fibre-optic and telecommunications industry, particularly in fibre-to-the business and wholesale sectors.
    • Familiarity with property acquisition processes is crucial.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving results. Ability to inspire and motivate team members
