In this role you are responsible for raising awareness and ensuring compliance to Coca-Cola Global and South African, SHEQ and other legislative requirements.You will also engage with team members and leaders to promote and drive a safety culture in order to minimise risk to team members and the business.
Co-ordinate, manage and implement SHEQ systems to ensure compliance to Coca Cola, legal and other requirements.
Manage Business and legislative objectives
Plan and implement Health and Saftey programs
Managing SHEQ Software databases
Inspections and audits
Health and Saftey Administration to ensure evidence of compliance is readily available
Train and promote a safety culture

Skills, Experience & Education
Minimum of a 3 -Year National Diploma (NQF6) in Life Science or related field
2 - 3 Years experience in implementation of Health and Safety programmes and systems across multiple distribution centres
Experience in conducting risk assessments, safe audits and incident investigations
Experience in implementation of Operational and Fleet Safety programmes across various sites will be advantageous
