Home School Tutor / Teacher | Olivedale | R12 000 - R17 000 Per Month at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• A family is looking for a HOME SCHOOL TUTOR / TEACHER for their sons in Grade 5 (Dysnemkinphoneidesia – grade 1 reading level) and Grade 4 (Dyspraxia and ADHD)
• Area: Olivedale 
• Ages: sons in Grade 5 (Dysnemkinphoneidesia, complex, multi-faceted form of developmental dyslexia – grade 1 reading level) and Grade 4 (Dyspraxia and ADHD)
• Working hours: Monday – Friday: 08h30 – 13h30  / 14h00
• Duties: The family have set up a classroom at home and require a candidate to supervise and assist both children with the home schooling curriculum, tutor and facilitate all Grade 4 & Grade 5 subjects on the IEB curriculum (History, Geography, Life Sciences, English, Maths, Afrikaans), ensure the children log onto their online classes daily as well as explain concepts. The Grade 5 reads at a grade 1 level – needs attentions and assistance with this and will need the candidate to scribe and facilitate coursework as well as exams.
• Requirements: Tutor experience with Grade 4 and Grade 5 or a qualified Intermediate Phase Teacher, male and female, patient 
• Start date: middle July 2026 – permanent contract
• Salary: Tutor: R12 000 – R13 000 per month, qualified Intermediate Phase Teacher: R15 000 – R17 000 per month.

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
