JOB TITLE: Temporary HSSE System Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: HSSE
REPORTING TO: HSSE Manager
LOCATION: Johannesburg

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
- The purpose of the Temporary HSSE System Co-ordinator is to work with the HSSE department to develop, implement and support the implementation of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 systems across the MEA region. Assist with the implementation of MEA, Group and AMEA HSE requirements into the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Certification and Client Audits.
- Develop or revise and communicate Legal Appointments to ensure that the applicable employees are appointed according to the MHS Act and OHS Act, accordingly.
- Develop, implement and communicate HSSE Awareness Program.
- Develop and implement an Integrated HSSE Management System to ensure that each element of the HSSE Integrated System is to develop or revise, implement and communicate:
- HSSE Management Scope and System Structure
- HSSE Policy
- Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment documentation
- Legal and other Requirements documentation
- HSSE Objectives documentation
- HSSE Management Programs documentation
- HSSE Structure and Responsibilities documentation
- HSSE Training, Awareness and Competency documentation
- HSSE Consultation, Participation and Communication documentation
- HSSE documentation
- HSSE Documentation and Data Control documentation
- HSSE Operational Control documentation
- HSSE Emergency Response and Preparedness documentation
- HSSE Performance Measurement and Monitoring documentation
- HSSE Accident, Incident, Non-conformance, Corrective Actions and Preventative Measures documentation
- HSSE Record and Record Management documentation
- HSSE Audit documentation. Prepare for External Audits
- HSSE System Management Review Conduct Quarterly HSSE System Management Review Meeting with all Stakeholders
- Adherence to internal SLAs
- Assist with the COVID ERT (emergency response team) coordination and administrative support.
- Support the HSE Manager in whatever is further required.

Education/achievements
- Completed Grade 12
