    Hybrid Strategist

    This role would suit an entrepreneurial integrated planner, who’s interested in growing their own influence in the client’s world, and wants to innovate and do things differently. You’ll have strong integrated planning skills. You’ll be confident in leading complex projects and keeping senior stakeholders on board. You’ll be great at inspiring creatives, but equally comfortable discussing commercial targets, or pulling the ‘so what’ out of reporting dashboards

    Knowledge & Skills Required:

    • Wide ranging experience of leading the development of integrated comms strategies across channels and across the customer journey
    • Experience of developing value propositions
    • Experience of developing and delivering performance marketing campaigns
    • Strong leadership and facilitation skills
    • Understanding of behavioural psychology and its application to marketing
    • Strong analytical skills: the ability to drive insight from wide ranging data sources, and to simplify complex problems
    • Good working knowledge of marketing automation platforms and how to get the best from them
    • Strong communication skills: the ability to be clear and inspiring in written and verbal communications
    • Strong commercial understanding to ensure thinking is grounded in clients’ business issues
    • The ability to think laterally to solve problems under time and budget constraints
    • Excellent teamworking skills
    • Excellent time management skills to get high volumes of work delivered on tight deadlines and on budget
    • The ability to inspire excellent creative work, developing trusted relationships with creative teams
