IM Project Coordinator/ Business Analyst - 3 month contract at Krypton Mining

Krypton Mining is seeking an IM Project Coordinator/ Business Analyst to join our dynamic team for a 3-month contract with possibility to renew. This role serves a dual purpose: as a Business Analyst, it assists in determining the root causes of business challenges, identifying opportunities and making recommendations on how to achieve business goals and remain competitive. As a Project Manager, it is responsible for the effective coordination, planning, and management of IT projects and resources, ensuring that project goals align with the company strategy and are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and Interpreting Business Requirements.
• Conducting Stakeholder Engagements and Workshops.
• Analysing and Decomposing Business Processes.
• Collaborating with Solution Architects and Coordinating Technical Activities.
• Managing and Coordinating small IT projects and demands.
• Determining Success Criteria and Overseeing Testing.
• Assisting the Business Relationship Management function.
• Adhering to Anglo American Rules, Values, and Standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, preferably in a mining IT environment.
• Experience with Model-Driven Design and Repository-Based Modelling tools, e.g., ARIS.
• Experience with Agile development environments and tools (MS DevOps).
• Industry-recognized Business Analysis certification, e.g., IIBA ECBA, CCBA, CBAP or PMI-PBA.
