Our client in the tools and equipment sector is looking for an Imports Controller to process and place all international orders for the Company.

Requirements:

• Matric/Equivalent
• Post Matric qualification in Supply Chain (will be advantageous).
• 5yrs experience in a similar role.
• Good English, written and spoken.
• Skilled in coordinating deliveries.
• Ability to perform duties and deliberate speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing and placing orders.
• Confirmation of goods received.
• Stock report writing.
• Calculation of stock levels.
• Preparation of financial forecast.
• Process clearing instructions and mark invoices with tariff headings.
• Process stock onto Kerridge.
• Bill of materials.
• Print stock valuation reports at month-end for finance.
