In-Line Analyst at Nestle

We are currently looking to hire a In Line Analsyt  for the East and Southern Africa region to join our team in Potchefstroom, North West.

Position Summary

• Perform analysis of raw and finished production according Nestle standards

A day in the life of...

• Use the XRF and Bruker machine to analyse IC product (i.e. Vitamins& Minerals, Protein and Fat)         
• Use SAP transaction to enter the Usage Decision 03 results                                            
• Involve in releasing the Filling and Packing line and Bulk as per QMS                                          
• Participate on TPM activities (i.e. AWG member)                                    
• Responsible for the hygiene and housekeeping of the work area                                     
• Trouble shoot product and technical related issue related to roller dryer and milling operation (i.e. Knowledge of GSTD Methodology)                                    
• Conduct in line testing  of base powder and bulk powder                                    
• Report unsafe conditions and practices to the Team Leader                                            
• Perform other duties assigned by the Team Leader                                            
• Completion of full shift handov
