    Index Research Analyst

    Job Purpose:

    • To accurately calculate, re-balance, manage and develop indices while assisting clients with index related information.

    Education:

    • Essential Qualification - Grade 12 + Degree in Economics, Finance or Statistics.
    • Preferred Qualification - Degree in Economics, Finance or Statistics.

    Experience:

    • Financial Service Experience (e.g., Banking, Asset management).
    • 2+ years’ experience.
    • Excel experience.
    • Analyse financial data.
    • Track market trends.
    • Present findings.
    • Responsible for conducting research on various financial instruments and compiling information related to various indices.
    • Liaising with clients.
    • Experience with key performance indicators.
    • Portfolio analysis.
    • Data Recon.
    • Calculate performance attribution.
