At least 5 years’ experience working in the manufacturing sector
At least 3 years’ experience in a Marketing related environment
At least 2 years’ experience in a Procurement related environment and experience with auditing process
Experience of Legal Agreement terms and application thereof
Knowledge of suppliers in the Marketing industry relating (but not limited to) to advertising and media
Knowledge of processes in the advertising and media field relating to planning, buying and auditing
Experience with costing studies, from budget quote to final invoice
Driver's license
Must be able to travel locally and internationally

Computer literacy (MS Office, SAP)

Duties and Responsibilities
Procure and maintain Indirect services and products (prioritizing but not limited to media/advertising) to support all Stakeholders
Maintain and manage contract expirations and make timely sourcing recommendations
Participate in budget quote bids and offer necessary assistance on requests to stakeholders and suppliers
Manage all Supplier contracts, rate profiles, savings file, budget file and sourcing timelines to reflect current pricing and status
Indirect Material cost optimization (ICO) and continuous improvement
Take leading role with stakeholder and supplier support to drive waste elimination and cost reduction initiatives
Negotiate and mitigate supplier commercial threats and budget quotes, as well as payment deviations.
Manage budget performance and supplier pricing adjustments to budget and forecast
Pre- and post campaign auditing
Ensure regular visits to suppliers to show support and investigate waste elimination
Support the Company’s directive relating to Transformation by identifying, developing and allocating spend with complying suppliers
Support stakeholder needs
Ensure stakeholders are informed of the procurement policies with respect to single source, pre commitments, emergencies, payment deviations and audit activities
