    Information Technology Application Specialist

    Details of Role:

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support BSTD applications through capacity management and performance monitoring.
    • Apply corrective measures such as patches, upgrades, and bug fixes.
    • Configure and install new application features to enhance functionality.
    • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Provide performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
    • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
