• Are you a technically skilled professional with a passion for designing impactful infrastructure solutions? We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Technical Solutions Designer to join our dynamic team in Umhlanga, Durban
• This is a pivotal role within our core Architecture function, ideal for someone with a strong engineering background looking to grow into a more strategic, solutions-driven position. You'll work across internal technical teams and external customers-shaping tailored, high-performance solutions that drive business success

What You'll Do:

Customer-Facing (40%)

• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to understand and qualify customer needs
• Design and present technical solutions tailored to customer requirements
• Engage directly with customers and vendors to ensure clarity and feasibility
• Prepare high-quality technical proposals and design documents

Internal Technical Focus (60%)

• Work closely with engineering teams to architect robust and scalable solutions
• Ensure solutions align with internal standards, policies, and best practices
• Provide technical leadership through the project lifecycle
• Support operations by producing comprehensive delivery and support documentation
• Conduct infrastructure analysis, capacity planning, and performance reviews

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years in Pre-Sales and/or Solutions Architecture within ICT/Telecoms or a
• Service Provider environment
• 5+ years in Technical Engineering
• Solid understanding of networking, voice, and secure cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on knowledge of physical network infrastructure
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, AWS, Azure) are a strong advantage
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Experience creating structured, client-ready technical documentation
