Must have/be:

• Reach targets given.
• Fluent in English (speak, read, and write).
• Be resilient and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent selling and communication skills.
• High energy levels.
• BPO experience(advantage)
• Ensure all customer information is captured accurately.
• Complete sales with customers as per agreed targets for daily sales volumes, conversions, and quality assurance.
• Answer clients’ questions and address concern.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Requirements for the position:
• RE5 certified qualification (Advantage) 
• Matric / Grade 12 or NQF level 4 (Essential)
• Computer literate.
• Reliable transport.
• Minimum of 1 years' insurance industry experience (short term) (Essential)
