Carry out basic piping design in 3D design software package
Excecute the following: 3D design under supervision to meet company quality standards, develop design detail drawings, co-ordinate with other disciplines, annotation of 2D drawings extracted from the 3D model, placement of supports, extract isometric piping drawings, produceof piping general arrangement drawings under supervision
Have a good understanding of Piping and instrumentation diagrams and the application to 3D model design.
You bring to the role:
3+ years experience in piping design experience
Proficient modelling skills in a 3D environment
Working knowledge of piping material components
Good understanding of piping design and layout of piping systems
Advanced diploma of engineering or equivalent (Mechanical preferred)
Preferred knowledge of Bentley 3D design software tools, copper concentration or flotation experience.
