Have a good working knowledge of industry and regulatory piping codes and standards which includes pressure equipment regulations for the jurisdiction
Be able to prepare design calculations and documentation, reports, material take offs, piping specifications, piping datasheets (material class specification, manual valve and special piping items)
Produce design deliverables including Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams
You bring to the role:
3+ years Piping Engineering experience with process plant or mining or copper concentration or flotation experience
BSc/B.Eng degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
Registration as a Candidate Engineer with ECSA
Good working knowledge of the applicable codes and standards of ASME
