Internal Sales Administrator- Pharmaceutical Manufacturing at Prostaff Holdings (Pty) Ltd

Minimum requirements for the role:

• Previous experience having worked in an internal sales or customer services administration role is essential for the role.
• Previous experience having worked within the pharmaceutical or chemical or any related industries wherein you are supplying raw materials to a manufacturing company is preferred for the role but is not essential.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
• Must be service-orientated and have commercial drive.
• Good planning and execution skills.
• Must have excellent Microsoft Office and Excel skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting the external key accounts and senior management with regard to customer queries and orders.
• Quoting prospective customers across all product ranges and providing product information where needed.
• Receiving and processing orders and liaising with clients to ensure delivery and collection expectations for customers are met.
• Monitoring stock levels to meet customer’s needs.
• Assisting with the processing of quotes and monthly pricing when needed.
• Following up with customers with regards to previous day's deliveries to ensure customer service and on-time in full deliveries.
• Communicating with customers with regard to order status and stock availability.
• Ensuring that all customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion, including account queries.
• Ensuring external sales are kept informed of any developments relevant to their accounts.
