Internal Sales Consultant - Rivonia at The Talent Expert

What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

• Reporting directly to a dynamic Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both customers and suppliers with the ultimate goal to maximize long-term sales and profit margins.
• You will be involved with various sectors of the business such as Food, Pharma and Sports Nutrition selling high quality ingredients.
• You will also be responsible for managing the sample process (arranging samples for customers, arranging courier delivery, following-up on progress etc.).
• You’ll be joining a dynamic group of young ladies in the Sales department.

What you’ll need

• We’d ideally like you to have a tertiary qualification in Food Science, nutrition / Consumer Science or similar but we’d also consider a matric with at least 2 years sales administration / internal sales experience.
• Your communication and admin skills need to be exceptionally strong.
• You would need to be process and systems driven in order to succeed in this role as the company is driven by procedure and high quality communication to their clients.
• You’ll need to be a natural when it comes to customer service – following up, ensuring you get back to customer’s quickly.
• You’ll also be required to have your own car and driver’s license, this is non negotiable.
