Internal Sales Support at Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions

This role will focus on:

• Actively participate in the smooth functioning of the Sales support office, ensuring adherence to company procedures and deadlines.
• Provide customer support, processing orders, and handling inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Process customer orders, including invoicing, shipment coordination, and export documentation as required.
• Generate accurate product quotes within specified timeframes and follow up on potential orders.
• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Undertake special project work in collaboration with the Engineering Services Manager, Finance Manager, and General Manager.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• You will have existing internal sales experience, preferably with knowledge of Fluid Control or engineered process equipment.
• Minimum Matric qualification, further qualifications are advantageous.
• Experience in export sales and administration.
• Familiarity with CRM and AX systems is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
