- RCL FOODS is seeking Interns to join our Groceries Operating Unit based in Randfontein. The successful incumbents will gain On-the-Job training, mentorship and exposure to industry standards. They will also get an opportunty to be part of a collborative culture while working on meaningful projects that add value to the business.
Minimum Requirements
Currently studying towards a Diploma in one of the following areas of study:
- Food Technology/Biotechnology
- Chemistry/Microbiology
- Chemical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Operations Management
- Procurement/Supply Chain Management
- Official letter from tertiary institution confirming requirement of 12 months’ work integrated learning (WIL)
- Must not have previously completed WIL
- Strong academic records
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
