Inventory and Costing Coordinator at BASF

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Duties will include the following:

• Drive accurate receipting of goods and services.
• Processing and maintaining the relabelling and retesting process.
• Service rendered (Goods Receipt Management).
• Manage the asset registry.
• Monitor and execute stock adjustments.
• Support the processes in Non-Conformance management.
• Support the adherence of the disposal process.
• Maintain and support Environmental Health and Safety incident reporting at stock keeping sites.
• Ensure all documents regarding policy are in line with BASF policy.
• Ensure compliance on the processes and procedures; and alignment with Controlling.
• Champion the Service Entry costing processes.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• 4 years experience in Supply Chain and Finance.
• Experience in budgeting, inventory management and customer facing functions will be beneficial in this position.
• Academic background with a degree (minimum Bachelor degree) in Business Administration.
• Excellent PC, Microsoft office (Outlook + OneNote) skills are required. High knowledge of SAP (MM modules) is a must.
• Good knowledge, understanding and previous involvement in inventory management and warehousing functions.
• Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English
