About the Role

• We're seeking a commercially-savvy Senior Product Manager to lead the design, development, and continuous enhancement of investment deposit products. You will act as both Product Manager and Product Owner, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovative, compliant, and client-centric investment solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• This is a hybrid opportunity based in Sandton, requiring 3 days per week onsite.

What You will be doing

• Own and drive the full lifecycle of investment deposit products from ideation through to delivery and enhancement.
• Use research, market insights, and customer feedback to define the product roadmap and value proposition.
• Deliver competitive pricing, innovative solutions, and segment-aligned offerings.
• Ensure compliance with risk, governance, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams across strategy, risk, finance, tech, and operations.
• Influence stakeholders at multiple levels to ensure alignment and business value delivery.
• Track and drive performance to grow Net Interest Income (NII) and Non-Interest Revenue (NIR).

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in business, finance, technology, or engineering.
• 5+ years experience in product development/management within financial services.
• Strong understanding of investment or deposit products.
• Sharp commercial acumen and problem-solving mindset.
• Proven ability to lead product strategy and delivery in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
