Position Overview:

• As aiPro Specialist, you'll be the face of our brand, providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest Apple technology and services, within other larger retails stores. Your proactive approach to customer engagement will drive sales and ensure unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements:

• High school diploma (Matric).
• 1+ years of customer-facing retail experience, preferably in electronics.
• Managerial experience is a plus.

• Demonstrated history of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
