IT Senior Specialist (Fixed Term-Contract) at AFA - Accounting and Financial Advisory

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, providing technical support to employees
• Implement and maintain IT security protocols to protect company data and systems
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT projects and initiatives
• Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies, making recommendations for improvements
• Train and mentor junior IT staff members
• Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT support and administration
• Proficiency in IT systems, networks, and software
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be registered with the Institute of IT Professional SA (IITPSA)
